FABRIC SUGGESTION
1. Spandex or Lycra: These fabrics are commonly used for leggings because they have good stretch and recovery, making them comfortable and form-fitting. They are also durable and hold up well after repeated washing.
2. Nylon or Polyester blends: These fabrics are also stretchy and breathable, which makes them a popular choice for leggings. They are often moisture-wicking and quick-drying, which is ideal for athletic activities.
3. Cotton blends: Cotton is a breathable and comfortable fabric, but it may not have as much stretch as spandex or nylon. However, a cotton blend with a small amount of spandex or Lycra can provide both comfort and flexibility.
